The firm's taxation practice concentrates in tax controversy work including representing both large and small corporate and individual clients in audits, investigations before the IRS and litigation in various courts including the United States Tax Court, Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal, as well as representation before the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, the Wisconsin Tax Appeals Commission and other state taxing authorities.
